Development of Learning Design for English Courses Based on Learning Outcomes: Strategies of the Department of Christian Leadership in Achieving Graduate Science and Profession

This research aims to develop a learning design for English courses based on outcomes in the method and materials curriculum support scientific professional achievements of graduates Christian Leadership Department. is descriptive qualitative with survey 3 lecturers 12 students as respondents. The results showed that development course Department obtained an average score 4.1 ≥H≥3 high category then converted into percentage gain 82% very good category. study recommends improvement students' writing skills which must be trained continuously developed prayers, reflections or short sermons English.
